Make a donation to the Red Cross
A donation to the Irish Red Cross will be used
immediately and effectively to help vulnerable
people in need, here in Ireland or in an emergency
overseas.
If you can, a smaller donation given more often can
make a huge difference we can then plan our work
and we wont need to launch appeals as often.
However - a donation now is very valuable to us as
well, so whatever way you can help support our work
will be much appreciated.
Thank you.
What your money can do
15
could help buy 10 Emergency Food Ration Bars, which
provide a highly nutritious and balanced meal for
very malnourished children, and help them on the way
back to health
20.84
this amount every month over a year will mean
that, if you pay income tax, your donation can be
worth even more.
See Tax Effective Giving for more details.
50

paper and pencils for a full year, enabling them to
stay at school when otherwise those costs could mean
they have to drop out.
100

Ethiopia, to enable them return to self sufficiency
150
can provide a basic food ration maize, beans and
